Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Refunds are at the discretion of the Black Car Select owner and managers.
In general, refunds requested 24 hours after booking, will not be accepted. Instead, a credit for full or partial amount of the payment for the booking may be issued.
As a Georgia registered, LLC, Black Car Select LLC’s cancellation policy operates in accordance with the Georgia Attorney General’s code:
Georgia does not have any law that requires a business to provide a refund or accept returns. A business may set its own return policy and may offer consumers cash, in-store credit, exchanges or no adjustment at all. Many stores also set time limits during which they accept returns. While not required to post their policies, businesses must honor any posted refund or return policy.
Furthermore, your (the client who booked the ride, and everyone involved in the booking or participation of the ride services) consent of a Black Car Select Owner, manager, or other agent to book on your behalf, or your direction purchase off a booking via blackcarselect.com or any of our other payment methods such as zelle, cash app or venmo, by way of any card issuer such as American Express, Visa, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc, acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms.

Black Car Select operators reserve the right to exchange your requested vehicle for a comparably priced vehicle in our fleet per your request, or based on or inventory.

Wait Times
Black Car Select operating agents, managing contractors and employees, all reserve the right to charge the amount of the cost of one hour for any time waited upon arrival at the beginning of the point to point ride, over 10 minutes, and may also charge for the hour for any amount of wait time incurred during the course of the ride that is outside of our terms that the booking client agreed to at the time of booking. Hourly rides which exceed 10 minutes of the original time window either for pick up or drop off, will be charged for one hour, or each hour the time exceeds.
Time Changes and Date changes
Any update in trip time made within 48 hours of the reservation, and exceeding 15 minutes of change, will be charged at least the price of one hour of the car assigned to them, for each change made.
Any update in date of the trip will result in a credit amount for the total ride
Furthermore, any addition to the time provided will result in an hour fee charge.

The full cost to repair any damages incurred to any vehicle by a client, guests of client, pet owned by client or guests of client, or any persons or business entities such as companies booking on behalf of client will be charged to the card of booking. If that card does not have sufficient funds or is no longer active, a valid card will be required to cover these charges.
Also, added to these charges will be the amount of time it took the driver to take the car to the repair shop.
